At my home we consume much of fowl and I am always creating new recipes to hold our love alive for this protein. My new Greek Chicken on a Stick will make you fall in love with fowl throughout again. It is tender, moist and juicy and is infused with all of the proper Greek seasonings and flavors. The greatest phase about this dish is that it's Whole30, Keto, and Paleo compliant.

- 6 fowl tenders
- 3 skewer sticks
- 2 tbsp Smooth Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Robust Pompeian Extra Vigin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp black cracked pepper
- 1 giant lemon, juiced
- 2 clove garlic ,finely diced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup Robust Pompeian Extra Vigin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder upload 1/4 tsp extra if desired
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Whisk collectively all of the meals for the marinade and move to an enormous freezer bag and upload the fowl tenders. Marinate 4-8 hours
- Remove fowl from the marinade and upload 2 fowl tenders to every skewer stick.
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-high warmth and upload 2 tbsp of olive oil and upload in every skewer. Allow to prepare dinner for 6 minutes on every area or till juice runs clear.
- Remove the fowl skewers and upload on upper of a bed of recent arugula and serve with olives and drizzle with lemon juice and somewhat Greek olive oil dressing.
